  Free returns

  Exchanging or returning your product could not be easier! You can return products ordered on caudalie.com within 7 days following your delivery, in accordance with online order regulations. If the wrong products have been delivered, or if the content of the parcel is damaged, please return them with the order slip and invoice enclosed in your parcel. You will get a refund. If you return the wrong products we have sent by mistake, the post and package fee will be also refunded.
