1/ TERMS OF SALE 2011
ARRIVAL We recommend that you arrive at the Spa 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you wish, you may keep your undergarments on during treatments; however, our Vinotherapists are extremely competent and will ensure your complete privacy.

LENGTH OF STAY For maximum effectiveness of a cure, we recommend a 6-day stay. Nevertheless, we also offer half day and full day rituals to allow you to discover our Vinothérapie® Spas.

CHILDREN Children under 16 years of age are not permitted inside the Vinothérapie® Spa.

PREGNANCY During pregnancy, certain treatments are not advised. We recommend that you consult with your doctor. For expectant mothers, we only recommend facial treatments and/or our sculpting massage.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS We recommend that you reserve Spa treatments 1 month in advance. All appointments are reserved with a credit card. We request that you contact us 48 hours in advance in case of changes or cancellation. After this timeframe, you will be billed in full. Treatments must be paid for at the Spa Reception. On weekends and holidays, we require a booking of a minimum of 3 treatments per half day in order to guarantee the most intimate and calm experience in our Spa. Treatments in our rituals and cures are not changeable and are subject to availability.

GIFTS Give the gift of a ritual or cure. Gifts are valid through December 31, 2011 and may be mailed or picked up at the Spa Reception. “The treatment menu” is not available to be given as gifts.

2/ PRACTICAL INFORMATION
MASSAGES Our massages are beauty treatments for well-being and relaxation. They are non-therapeutic and non-medical. The term “massage” may be used to describe a body modelage, conducted according to different and varied techniques, by massage therapists who have been trained at accredited facilities or by estheticians.

MEDICAL CONSULTATION Upon arrival, we recommend a medical consultation if you have health problems. The consultation is not mandatory and will be billed in addition to your stay.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING? Bathrobes, sandals and bath sheets are provided. Our exclusive sandals provide a continual massage to the bottoms of your feet and promote blood circulation. You should bring two bathing suits (also sold in our boutique).

HAIR DRESSER You may make an appointment with a hair dresser who will come to your room. Please inquire at the hotel’s reception desk.

TAXI Available upon request.
